From Groton:
Take Route 222 toward Cortland. The Groton Hotel is on the corner of Route 222 and Route 38(Main St., Groton). Take Route 222 East for 2.5 miles. The hospital is the first building on the left-hand side past the intersection of Route 222 and Salt Road. (0.2 miles from corner Salt Road to hospital)

From Cortland:
Take Route 222 West toward Groton. The Cortland County Airport is on the left side of Route 222 as you head toward Groton. Follow Route 222 West for 7 miles. The hospital is on the right-hand side just past Shiphrah Dairy Farm and just before the intersection of Route 222 and Salt Road.

From Locke, Moravia, Genoa:
Take Route 90 West out of Locke toward Homer. Follow Route 90 for approx. 5.5½ miles to Salt Road. Turn right on Salt Road. Take Salt Road for 3 miles to the stop sign at the corner of Salt Road and Route 222. Turn left on Route 222. The hospital is the first building on the left side on Route 222. (0.2 miles from the corner of Salt Road to the hospital).

From McLean, Dryden:
Turn onto Peruville Road at the stop sign in McLean where Big Al’s Citgo station is. Take Peruville Road for 1.5 miles up the hill. Turn right on to Salt Road. Take Salt Road for 3 miles to the stop sign at the intersection of Route 222 and Salt Road. Turn right on Route 222. The hospital is the first building on the left. (0.2 miles from the corner of Salt Road to the hospital).

From Lansing:
Take Route 34B West to the intersection of Route 34B and Route 38 (there is a flashing light at this intersection). Go straight through the flashing light and proceed up the hill. Go 2.5½ miles up hill and turn left on Salt Road at the top of the hill. Take Salt Road 3 miles to the stop sign at the intersection of Salt Road and Route 222. Turn right onto Route 222. The hospital is the first building on the left-hand side on Route 222. (0.2 miles from the corner of Salt Road to the hospital).

From Freeville:
Take Route 38 North toward Groton. At the intersection of Route 38 and Route 34B (at the flashing light), turn right on to Peruville Road. Take Peruville Road up the hill 2.5½ miles to the top of the hill. Turn left on to Salt Road. Follow Salt Road 3 miles to the stop sign at the intersection of Route 222 and Salt Road. Turn right on to Route 222. The hospital is the first building on the left side (0.2 miles from the corner of Salt Road).

From Route 81:
Take Route 81 to Exit 12 (Homer Exit). Go straight off the exit, following signs for Route 281. At the traffic light at the end of the exit turn left on to Route 281. Go to the third traffic light at the intersection of Route 281 and Route 222. (Eckerds Drugs on your right). Turn right and follow directions from Cortland.
